Greetings to you in the name of Jesus Christ…

Congratulations on finishing week 1 of the prayers! You have done well, praying in earnest and overcoming the urge to eat at this time. You are building spiritual muscles and creating discipline in your life! Week 2 is now beginning in earnest. I wish to encourage you to pray even harder than you have prayed before, knowing that the Lord who promised is faithful, who will also grant to you your heart’s desire. Nothing is impossible with God! Do post your testimonies on the MY 2016 MUST SHINE Facebook group for the encouragement of others.

Remember also to send in your offering for week one at the provided line and link [or set it aside today and offer it as a lump-sum at the end of the fast]. The Word of God declares that the angels offer the prayers of the saints before the presence of the Father, together with incense [this incense is our offering, which Paul describes as a sweet smelling aroma]. Do take note that altars do not speak until there is a sacrifice upon them. It is no different with the altars of God. That is why He constituted the sacrifices. While today we do not offer animals and the like, yet we offer from what God has blessed us with [and if we do so as Cornelius did], there is greater impact upon our prayers.

As you may know, I have taught concerning this matter to those who are connected to ARC, how that from Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, Gideon, Manoah, Solomon did offer their sacrifice with prayers and were answered in marvelous ways by the Father. Discover this secret and apply it together with your prayers at this season. You will see awesome things happening in your life. I am praying with you and believe God to work wonders in your life at this time. Be made strong!

INSTRUCTIONS TO FASTEES (IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THROUGH)

Ps: these prayers are not exhaustive; they are merely directive prayer points. 

Do come up with your personal prayer points which you need to raise before God at this time of prayer. What are you believing God to do in your life during this fast? Note these things down and pray about them.

You can pray these prayers at any time which is convenient for you. 

Remember to uplift your fellow fastees before the Lord too! Hundreds of other people are in this fast together with you! I am also praying for you and believing that this will be a totally life changing time for you! 

Be strong and pray to the end… there is a reward for the finishers from the Lord. For more powerful results, pray each of the individual prayer points from the spiritual warfare sections two or three times successively. 

You may redo the prayer points of any particular day at any time of your day or fast.

Take an hour (or at least 30 minutes) every day (preferably morning) to pray according to these themes. Let the Holy Spirit lead you as you pray. Just get in His presence and let Him to direct your prayers. For you who are filled with the Holy Spirit and do speak in tongues, pray much in the spirit during all the days of the fast. If you are not yet filled with the gift of speaking in tongues, take time and ask God to fill you during this period.

Fastees will only have one meal per day (at you time of choice: either morning-6am, noon-12pm or evening-6pm) for the 21 days. You may have a glass or 2 of water if you so please at the time of your fast, but you can only have one meal-time every day – which should have a window period of 4 hours at the most before you return to the fast. If you are extremely pressed, take a glass of juice or a cup of tea to keep you going, but no more. The more the sacrifice the more powerful your prayers will be in the spirit realm.

This is an exciting time for you to take complete victory over the enemy and also to birth great things in your last quarter of 2016 and in the lives of those whom God has set around you. Do not miss what God has for you.

Remember, to get what you have never gotten before, you must be ready to do what you have never done before.

Post your testimonies as they come on the ‘MY 2016 MUST SHINE’ Facebook page for others to be encouraged as well. Anything that has not manifested in your life until now has to manifest in the course of the prayer season or in the period after this month.

I am covering for you during the time of your fast. If you have any prayer needs [and I am sure you do] which you would like to share, do send them to armi.intl@gmail.com and the ARC intercessors and I will also pray with you. You can also send any questions you may have during the time of the fast to the same e-mail address.

Finally, for any prayers to be effective, they must be accompanied with a sacrifice. Altars only speak when there is a sacrifice placed on them. You need to couple your prayers with your giving as well. As the sweet aroma of your sacrifice comes before God, your prayers will be heard and answered. Every time they did this in the Bible whether it was Noah, Abraham, Jacob, David, Solomon, Cornelius or anyone else, there was a surprising response from heaven in answering their prayers. You can also do the same and create an altar that will speak in your behalf before the throne of heaven. Do agree with the work of ARC International and send that which would be a sacrifice to you. You can find the details of how to do this at the end of this document. You can choose to do this every 7 days of the fast. David, when bringing back the Ark of the Covenant into Israel, offered a sacrifice after every 7 steps the priests took. God established his kingdom. As you do so too, there will be a release of the miraculous power of God into your life.

Pray earnestly, believe God and yes, receive divine acceleration in your life, family, city and nation in this season. You are blessed and highly favored.

Lord, strengthen and empower me to go through the 21 days of this fast successfully. Fill me with Your Spirit, grant me good health and release the grace to pray fervently and consistently upon my life, in Jesus name.

21 Daily Declarations

1.       Warrior angels of the living God, arise on this day, arrest and bind every spirit assigned to fight my divine destiny and cast them into the pit, in the name of Jesus Christ.

2.       O archangels of the living God arise and cut off my stubborn enemies; locate all my blessings from the four corners of the world and restore them back to me, in the name of Jesus Christ.

3.       I declare it: in these 21 days, I will pursue, overtake and recover everything the enemy has stolen from me, in the name of Jesus.

4.       By the blood of Jesus, I declare every word or curse spoken against my life and destiny nullified, in Jesus name.

5.       I decree it: after the order of the morning star, my star will shine to the ends of the earth to the glory of God, in Jesus name.

6.       I decree it: everything I touch will prosper and bring about the manifestation of great harvests in my life, in the name of Jesus.

7.       I decree it: my life shall not have come to the world in vain. I command a great destiny for me on this earth in the name of Jesus.

There are certain desires which you have of the Lord during this period of the fast: Something you need in your life; things you desire to happen in your family; things you have been impressed upon to pray for concerning your church and nation; friends and neighbors around you who need your prayers; your country’s government; the lost souls in your surrounding who need salvation; prophetic words you received which need to be birthed in prayer; desires you have of the Lord concerning your marital life/business/academics/career; sick people around you who need healing/your own self; warfare that is challenging you and others around you which needs to be won; character issues/sinful tendencies and struggles in your life and that of others which need divine transformation; blessings which are necessary in the behalf of your church and specific church members; dreams you have had which need prayer attention; provision needs in your life and family; your desires from the Lord concerning your ministry and the grace and calling that is on your life; mysteries for which you need divine revelation; wisdom needs in your life/others; specific doors for which you are waiting to open; challenges in your life for which you would like God to intervene; revelations about your future which you would want to receive from the Lord; powers in your family which you would like God to deal with and destroy, and much more. Father, I declare I cover my spirit, my soul, my body, my house, my family members and my fellow fastees in this fasting program with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. I declare I set a wall of fire around us and I declare our houses and properties are a no-go-zone for the kingdom of darkness in Jesus name, AMEN.

Question (take at least 2 minutes to explore this before God):   My Father, show me the divine standard You have for my destiny, in the name of Jesus Christ.

There are certain desires which you have of the Lord during this period of the fast: Something you need in your life; things you desire to happen in your family; things you have been impressed upon to pray for concerning your church and nation; friends and neighbors around you who need your prayers; your country’s government; the lost souls in your surrounding who need salvation; prophetic words you received which need to be birthed in prayer; desires you have of the Lord concerning your marital life/business/academics/career; sick people around you who need healing/your own self; warfare that is challenging you and others around you which needs to be won; character issues/sinful tendencies and struggles in your life and that of others which need divine transformation; blessings which are necessary in the behalf of your church and specific church members; dreams you have had which need prayer attention; provision needs in your life and family; your desires from the Lord concerning your ministry and the grace and calling that is on your life; mysteries for which you need divine revelation; wisdom needs in your life/others; specific doors for which you are waiting to open; challenges in your life for which you would like God to intervene; revelations about your future which you would want to receive from the Lord; powers in your family which you would like God to deal with and destroy, and much more. Ps: Remember to lay a sacrificial seed on the altar to provoke God for the answers you desire to your prayers.

When you raise an altar by sacrifice, you are in essence telling God: help me, go with me on this matter; prosper me in this matter; fight any power which will contend with my progress in this matter; bless me with victory against every enemy who will rise against me on this matter. Someone who would not want to entertain failure on certain matters of their lives should raise an altar to God and ask Him to be with him or her.

What is a sacrifice? This is something which causes you pain when you release it. It is something that is very important to you. You almost could not do without it, but because you want God to be with you, you are ready to part with it. A sacrifice is something which is precious to you; something which you value so much; something which you find hard to release. When you refer to sacrifice, it would cause tears to come into the eyes of the one who gives it, because they hold it so dearly.

Because God will be breaking evil altars which have been contending with your destiny at this time, you must be keen to raise an altar in the house of God as well. Why is this so? Because every power that has been oppressing your life came in because of an altar. Take note that spirits do not come to attack, or impact on the physical realm, until a sacrifice has been given. Since bondages in your life were introduced by evil covenants and altars which were put in place by your forefathers (and you as well), they can only be completely destroyed when you raise others altars to replace them. As they break through prayers, you must also immediately raise another altar so that the voice of God can remain to speak over your life.

Also, take note that: whenever God does something good in our lives, Satan will work hard to try and overturn those good things. When you raise an altar (by sacrifice), you forever silence the enemy and also seal what God has done for you. A breakthrough sealed through a sacrifice cannot be contested. Why? Because the sacrifice speaks in your behalf. But, why sacrifice and not just offering? It took a sacrifice from someone to stop your destiny; therefore an offering cannot be the channel of keeping it off. An offering is something you give out of your free will. This can be anything or of any amount. Altars are raised by sacrifice and can only be removed by sacrifice.

When you raise this kind of altar, the portals of heaven are opened (as they did over Jacob - who slept on the altar of his forefathers) and angels begin to ascend and descend upon your life. This is what you need to do as God is changing your story in this season. Shalom.
