ONE-MEAL-PER-DAY FAST
SEPT. 10TH –

WEEK 2 OFFICIAL ADDRESS:
Greetings to you in the name of
Jesus Christ…
Congratulations on finishing week 1 of the prayers! You have
done well, praying in earnest and overcoming the urge to eat at this time. You
are building spiritual muscles and creating discipline in your life! Week 2 is
now beginning in earnest. I wish to encourage you to pray even harder than you
have prayed before, knowing that the Lord who promised is faithful, who will
also grant to you your heart’s desire. Nothing is impossible with God! Do
remember to also post your testimonies on the MY 2017 MUST SHINE Facebook group
for the encouragement of others.
I have provided you with specified prayer guidelines that target
very specific areas of your life this week. I believe that this will prove
to be a great blessing to your prayer times this week. Take note that Sept.
20-21 is the beginning of the Jewish New Year 5778. This is a great time of new
beginnings as we pray during this important season (actually, the Jewish Calendar is God’s Calendar, for He is the One who
gave it to them). The second event is the ‘10 DAYS OF AWE’ that go from Sept. 20th – 30th,
a serious time of introspection for the release of divine favor towards the
unfolding year. And finally, the fast
will end on 30th September, which is Yom Kippur, the Day of
Atonement and the most important holiday in the Jewish Calendar. These are
serious times of divine and angelic visitations which will completely change
your life and destiny.
Remember also to send in your offering for week one at the provided line
and link. The Word of God declares that the angels offer the prayers
of the saints before the presence of the Father, together with incense [this
incense is our offering, which Paul describes as a sweet smelling aroma]. Do
take note that altars do not speak until there is a sacrifice upon them. It is
no different with the altars of God. That is why He constituted the sacrifices.
While today we do not offer animals and the like, yet we offer from what God
has blessed us with [and if we do so as Cornelius did], there is greater impact
upon our prayers.
As you may know, I have taught
concerning this matter to those who are connected to ARC, how that from
Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, Gideon, Manoah, Solomon did offer their sacrifice
with prayers and were answered in marvelous ways by the Father. Discover this
secret and apply it together with your prayers at this season. You will see
awesome things happening in your life. I am praying with you and believe God to
work wonders in your life at this time. Be made strong!

INSTRUCTIONS TO FASTEES (READ)
Ps: these prayers are not exhaustive; they are merely directive prayer
points.
Do come up with your personal prayer points which you need to raise
before God at this time of prayer. What
are you believing God to do in your life during this fast? Note these
things down and pray about them.
You can pray these prayers at any time which is convenient for you.
Remember to uplift your fellow fastees before the Lord too! Many other
people are taking part in this fast together with you! I am also praying for
you and believing that this will be a totally life changing time for you!
Be strong and pray to the end… for there is a reward for the finishers
from the Lord. For more powerful
results, try and pray each of the individual prayer points from the spiritual
warfare sections two or three times successively.
You may redo the prayer points of any particular day at any time of your
day or fast.
Take an hour (or at least 30
minutes) every day (preferably morning) to pray according to these themes. Let the Holy Spirit lead you as you pray. Just get in
His presence and let Him to direct your prayers. For you who are filled with
the Holy Spirit and do speak in tongues, pray much in the spirit during all the
days of the fast. If you are not yet filled with the gift of speaking in
tongues, take time and ask God to fill you during this period.
The essence of these prayer points is not to show you what to pray for,
but to give you a guideline. Do not feel
guilty if you did not finish them, but you will feel proud if you can travail
before God and do so. Be free to pray them at any time of the day. You can take
breaks and go back and resume to the last point you left off on the prayers. Of
course within the limits of the prayer points of the day.
Fastees will only have one meal per day (at you time of choice: either
morning-6am, noon-12pm or evening-6pm) for the 21 days. You may have a glass or
2 of water if you so please at the time of your fast, but you can only have one
meal-time every day – which should have a
window period of 4 hours at
the most before you return to the fast. If you are extremely pressed,
take a glass of juice or a cup of tea to keep you going, but no more. The more
the sacrifice the more powerful your prayers will be in the spirit realm. Also
the taking of tea and juice is allowed at the time of breaking the fast.
This is an exciting time for you to take complete victory over the enemy
and also to birth great things in your last few remaining months of 2017 and in
the lives of those whom God has set around you. Do not miss what God has in
store for you.
Remember, to get what you have
never gotten before, you must be ready to do what you have never done before.

page for others to be encouraged as well. Anything that has not manifested in your
life until now has to manifest in the course of the prayer season or in the
period after this month.
I am covering for you during the time of your fast. If you have any
prayer needs [and I am sure you do] which you would like to share, do send them

the ARC intercessors and I will also pray with you. You can also send any
questions you may have during the time of the fast to the same e-mail address.
Finally, for any prayers to be effective, they must be accompanied with a
sacrifice. Altars only speak when there
is a sacrifice placed on them. You need to couple your prayers with your
giving as well. As the sweet aroma of your sacrifice comes before God, your
prayers will be heard and answered. Every
time they did this in the Bible whether it was Noah, Abraham, Jacob, David,
Solomon, Cornelius or anyone else, there was a surprising response from heaven
in answering their prayers. You can also do the same and create an altar that
will speak in your behalf before the throne of heaven. Do agree with the
work of ARC International and send that which would be a sacrifice to you. You
can find the details of how to do this at the end of this document. You can
choose to do this every 7 days of the fast. David, when bringing back the ark
of the covenant into Israel, offered a sacrifice after every 7 steps the
priests took. God established his kingdom. As you do so too, there will be a
release of the miraculous into your life
Pray earnestly, believe God and yes, take uncommon breakthroughs in your
life, family, city and nation in this season. You are blessed and highly
favored.
