By virtue of the fact
that you are taking part in these prayers, your 2015 MUST SHINE indeed! There were
too many testimonies received after the 2 sessions of the prayers which we did
last year for 2014 MUST SHINE.
As usual, I will be coaching you all throughout the prayer
for all the days of this fast. I am certain that you will have a victorious
time as you seek the Lord in these 2 days. I want to ask You to be fervent and
persistent in your prayers during this season. Do not be slack and do not
engage in many things as you spend time seeking the Father. Keep your schedule
light so you can focus on Him. Pray for your family, pray for your other needs,
develop your own prayer list to bring before God, and most certainly lift up
other fastees who are in the MY 2015 MUST SHINE group.
You may share the word of God, and any testimonies or
challenges you are experiencing on the group page so we may both be encouraged and
so we will also encourage you on your 21-day journey. I believe you will not
have a year like the other years which you have had in your life as God takes
over in your life through your prayers to Him and ushers you into your greatest
year yet, in Jesus name.
The prayer points will be released in 3 phases of 7 days
each, so be on the lookout on day 6 of the prayers. Of course, the fasting
schedule is such that you will only have one meal per day at the time of your
choosing. The window period for breaking the fast and going back to the fast
remains 3-4 hours. You may also invite your friends and family to take part in
these prayers. They also deserve a year that is filled with God’s glory and
presence. You may also divide the prayer into two sessions to be prayed at the
convenient times of your day.
Do spend a minimum of 2 hours daily in the presence of God, in prayer, worship and
the study of the Word. I declare your life will never remain the same, in Jesus
name.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you Father
for seeing me through to this year, I am grateful for the gift of life.

My Father, You deserve all the glory for helping
me through every distress I experienced last year, Thank you because you will
do the same this year, in Jesus name.

Thank you Lord because you are real. Thank you
for the power of prayer and that praying works. Help me this year to be
faithful in praying and waiting on you in Jesus name.
4.
Thank you Lord because I have access to call on
you in this year 2015 and that access will never be closed for the rest of the
year by hell, devil, sin or disobedience, in Jesus name.
5.
Lord, thank you for being a prayer answering
God; thank you for always listening to my prayers.

Oh Lord, where my strength may want to fail in
this year, let Your mercy prevail, in Jesus name.

Oh Lord, where my skills and training may be
inadequate, let your mercy make it up for me in this year, in Jesus name.

I declare that this year I will not be lazy; yet

WE WILL HAVE REPENTANCE FOR DAY 1
Lord, I forgive without reservation all those who have
wronged me in the course of my life; I forgive my parents, those I have been[or
am] in male-female relationships with, my siblings, my friends, my school-mates
and college mates at any one time, church-mates at any church I have attended
at any time of my life, my workmates at any time of my life, my teachers,
lecturers and bosses at any time of my life, my friends, my relatives and my
enemies; anyone who has hurt and offended me at any time of my life is forgiven
and released today in the name of Jesus. No matter what they did against me, I
choose to release them and let them go completely, in Jesus name. Help me Lord
that my forgiveness may come from the bottom of my heart, in Jesus name! [If
there are any names you are receiving which need to be mentioned at this
particular time, do mention them now… and forgive them].
I renounce anger, rage, bitterness, hatred, malice, gossip
and unforgiveness out of my life; I declare I do not need all of you in my life
and I demand that you pack what is yours and leave my life. I refuse to operate
in any negative emotions against any man of woman, in Jesus name. Lord, cleanse
my heart and free me from every grip of these spirits on my heart, in Jesus
name.
I confess that Jesus
Christ is the King and Lord of my life. I believe that He physically came on
earth and died on the cross for my sins, that He resurrected, and that He is
alive at the right hand of God the Father. By the blood of Jesus, I am cleansed
and washed from every sin; I am a child of God and have made a covenant with
Him through partaking of the shed blood of Jesus, in Jesus name.
Father, remember Your
Word that declares in 2nd Chronicles 7:14 ‘if My
people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves and pray, and seek
My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven and will
forgive their sin and will heal their land.’
Father, I confess that my family, my town, my region, my
nation and I have sinned, transgressed, and committed iniquity in Your sight so
that You may be justified when You speak and be clear when You judge. I have
sinned in the words I have spoken, and in the thoughts I have thought, and in
the imaginations I have imagined, and in the things I have done. I have also
sinned in that our attitudes and motives have not been right in Your sight. I have
sinned in omission and I have sinned in commission; I have sinned in things
done willingly and I have sinned in things I have done unwillingly. I ask You
to forgive us of all this and to cleanse us with the blood of Your Son Jesus in
the name of Jesus Christ.
I confess my own sins and the sins of my family and my
generation in that I have been unfaithful to You, I have disobeyed Your
commandments and have oppressed the poor, the widow, the fatherless, the
stranger and the needy. I have been foolish by doing these things and I repent
of them and forsake them.
I confess also that I, my family and my generation have shed
innocent blood, I have committed adulteries, carried out abortions and
sacrificed to water spirits and ancestral idols –things which are not God – by
doing this I have stirred Your wrath against us. I have moreover created altars
and sought to other gods which are not God, and have turned to wicked powers
which cannot save.
I have defiled our temples - our own bodies - by our
wickedness and by committing sexual sins of all kinds and by walking in
godlessness before Your presence. I have committed fornication, adultery,
incest, bestiality, and all kinds wicked sexual sins. I have provoked You to
jealousy by erecting evil altars and setting up idols in our hearts. I have
been unfaithful in our covenant with you and have not turned to You for mercy
when You punished us.
I have consulted to powers which I should not have
consulted. I have practiced divination, observing of clouds, fortune-telling,
witchcraft, have used charms, have consulted to familiar spirits, have had
witches and wizards in our midst, and have practiced necromancy. I have
practiced all manner of spiritual harlotry by seeking to that which is not God
and by oppressing and killing the innocent through these practices. By doing
these things, I have stirred up Your wrath and have been destroyed and pine
away as at this day.
We, my family, my generation and I, have taken of Your
offerings and tithes and given them to that which is not God. I have not
honored You with our first-fruits, tithes and offerings, but have been robbers
in Your sight and have thus brought evil upon ourselves. I have not payed our
vows, and have refused to keep Your commandments and have not served You with a
joyful heart but have made You to serve with our sins.
I have been unfaithful and unbelieving in my hearts and have
wandered away from You; I have not honored our parents, nor the elderly, have
not broken the bands of wickedness nor undone the heavy burdens from the
oppressed, I have not helped those oppressed and the yoked to go free but have
sought only to our own interests; I have not broken our bread with the hungry,
nor brought home the wandering poor. I have not clothed the naked, and have
neither helped our own family when I saw them in need. O Lord I have sinned
greatly in these things.
I have worshipped water spirits, mountain spirits, forest
spirits, principalities and powers, and the host of heaven, the sun, moon and
star constellations – things which are not God – and have invited Your wrath
against us. I have consulted to horoscopes and have submitted to diviners for
prayers, and have sought to know the future through that which is not God and
have thus provoked You to jealousy. For these things I repent O God and I plead
for Your mercy.
O Lord, I beseech You, remember Your Word, for You are the
merciful God for Your Word says in Exodus 34:6 & 7: ‘And Jehovah passed by before him and proclaimed, Jehovah! Jehovah God,
merciful and gracious, long-suffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,
keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and
who will by no means clear the guilty,
visiting the iniquity of fathers on the sons, and on the sons of sons, to the
third and to the fourth generation.’ I therefore ask You to be merciful to
us - my family, my generation and I - and blot out our sins transgressions and
iniquities, and that You receive us graciously O Lord. Forgive our abominable
and detestable practices which I have committed before Your eyes for many
generations and cleanse us with the blood of Your Son Jesus.
Lord, remember You have also said in Your Word in Isaiah
44:22 ‘I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and, as a
cloud, your sins; return to Me; for I have redeemed you.’ I ask You now that
You will blot out our sins and transgressions and that You cleanse us from all
iniquities. I are sinners and I have dealt wickedly before Your presence; be
merciful to us.
O Lord, the burden of the punishment of our sins is too
much; for both my family, my generation and I do pine away in our
transgressions and iniquities; I are unworthy to stand before You, for I have
been very wicked before You, and by so doing have caused You much grief. But
remember Lord that You said: Lev 26:40-42
‘If they shall confess their
wilfulness and the wilfulness of their fathers, with their sin which they
sinned against Me, and that also they have walked contrary to Me, I also will
walk contrary to them and will bring them into the land of their enemies. If
then their uncircumcised hearts are humbled, and they then pay for their iniquity,
then I will remember My covenant with Jacob, and also My covenant with Isaac,
and also My covenant with Abraham I will remember. And I will remember the
land.’ I therefore beseech You O Lord - for I confess that my forefathers,
my family and I have willfully walked in sin before You, and have walked
contrary to You and deserve to pay before You for all our wickedness – yet, O
Lord, You are the Merciful God who has said in 1John 1:9 ‘If I confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness.’ Therefore, do not make us to pay for our sins for they
are many before Your presence.
Remember that You said in Your Word in Psalms 103:10-14 ‘He has not dealt with us according to our
sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heavens are high above the earth, so is His mercy toward those who fear
Him. As far as the east is from
the west, so far has He removed
our transgressions from us. As a father pities his children, Jehovah pities
those who fear Him. For He knows our form; He remembers that I are dust.’ O Lord, have pity on
us and remember our frame that it is dust and blot out our sins and
transgressions.
Remember O God my Father that You have said in Your Word in
Psalms 130:3 & 4 ‘If You will keep in mind iniquities, O Jehovah, who
shall stand, O Lord? But there is
forgiveness with You, that You may be feared.’ Therefore I beseech You Lord
forgive us – my family, my generation and I – and heal us once again that I may
fear Your name.
Remember Your Word
says in Ezekiel 18:20-22 ‘The soul
that sins, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, nor
shall the father bear the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the
righteous shall be on him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be on him.
But if the wicked will turn from all his sins which he has committed, and keep
all My statutes, and do justice and right, he shall surely live; he shall not
die. All his transgressions that he has done, they shall not be mentioned to
him; in his righteousness that he has done he shall live.’ Therefore O God
my Father, do not let us bear the iniquities of our forefathers but grant us
that I shall live in Your sight, for I turn from our wickedness and seek to
You. Heal us, go with us and bless us once again.
O God I ask You to hear me, though I am but clay in Your
sight; I ask You to remember Your Word in Isaiah 64:5-9 ‘You meet him who rejoices and works righteousness, those who remember You in Your ways.
Behold, You were angry, for I sinned. In them is eternity, and I will be saved. But I are all as the unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as a menstruation cloth. And I all
fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. And there is no one who calls on Your
name, who stirs up himself to take hold of You. For You have hidden Your face
from us, and have melted us away because of our iniquities. But now, O Jehovah,
You are our Father; I are the clay, and You are our Former; and I all are the work of Your hand. Do not be
grievously angry, O Jehovah, nor remember iniquity forever. Behold! Look,
please; all of us are Your
people.’ O Lord, it is enough; do not remember my wickedness nor our

has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even
the depths of God. For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that
person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except
the Spirit of God.
Jer 33:3 Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and
hidden things that you have not known.
Daniel 2:22: “He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is
