ONE MEAL PER DAY FAST

INSTRUCTIONS TO FASTEES

Ps: these prayers are not exhaustive; they are merely directive prayer points.

You are to also come up with personal prayer points to raise before God at this time of prayer. What do you believe God to do in your life during this fast? Note these things down and pray about them.

Though there are specified timings, yet you can pray them at any time which is convenient for you.

Don’t forget to remember your fellow fastees before the Lord too! I am praying for you and believing that this will be a totally life changing time for you!

Be strong and pray to the end… there is a reward for the finishers from the Lord. For better results, pray each of the prayer points from the spiritual warfare sections two or three times.

You can also redo the prayer points for any particular day at any time of your day.

Take an hour (or at least 30 minutes) every day (preferably morning) to pray according to these themes. Let the Holy Spirit lead you as you pray. Just get in His presence and let Him to direct your prayers. For you who are filled with the Holy Spirit and do speak in tongues, pray much in the spirit during all the days of the fast. If you are not yet filled with the gift of speaking in tongues, take time and ask God to fill you during this period.

Fastees will only have one meal per day (at you time of choice: either morning-6am, noon-12pm or evening-6pm) for the 21 days. You may have a glass or 2 of water if you so please at the time of your fast, but you can only have one meal-time every day – which should have a window period of 4 hours at the most before you return to the fast.

This is an exciting time for you to take complete victory over the enemy and also to birth uncommon breakthroughs in your life and the lives of those God has set around you. Do not miss what God has for you.

Remember, to get what you have never gotten before, you must be ready to do what you have never done before.

This is also a very special time in the kingdom of God. 3 feasts in Israel will be taking place within the timing of this fast (Yom Teruah – the beginning of the civil new year; Yom Kippur – the Day of Atonement, which is the most holy day in Israel; and Sukkot – the Feast of Tabernacles). Besides, the date of Jubilee in Jsrael (completion of 7 sabbaths of 7 years will be also be taking place at this time). All these are special times of divine visitation, either for blessing, or for the curse. I will speak about them in detail later.

Post your testimonies on the ‘MY 2015 MUST SHINE’ Facebook page for others to be encouraged as well. Anything that has not manifested in your life until now has to manifest in the course of the prayer season during or immediately after this month.

I am covering for you during the time of your fast. If you have any prayer needs [and I am sure you do] which you would like to share, do send them to armi.intl@gmail.com and the ARC intercessors and I will also pray with you. You can also send any questions you may have during the time of the fast to the same e-mail address.

Finally, for any prayers to be effective, they must be accompanied with a sacrifice. Altars only speak when there is a sacrifice placed on them. You need to couple your prayers with giving as well. As the sweet aroma of your sacrifice comes before God, your prayers will be heard and answered. Every time they did this in the Bible whether it was Noah, Abraham, Jacob, David, Solomon, Cornelius or anyone else, there was a surprising response from heaven in answering their prayers. You can also do the same and create an altar that will speak in your behalf before the throne of heaven. Do agree with the work of ARC International and send that which would be a sacrifice to you. You can find the details of how to do this at the end of this document.

Pray earnestly, believe God and yes, take uncommon breakthroughs in your life, family, city and nation in this season. You are blessed and highly favored.

Petitioning the Courts of Heaven

My Father in Heaven, I humbly come before Your courts. I stand not in my authority, but under the power in the blood of Jesus, which cleanses me of all unrighteousness and makes me spotless and blameless in the sight of God. I agree that my forefathers and I have sinned, transgressed and committed iniquity against You. I confess and repent of all sin, transgression and iniquities in my life and family: sins of omission and sins of commission; sins we have committed willingly and sins we have committed unwillingly; sins of imagination, of thought and of attitude; sins of ignorance and of presumption. According to Your Word that declares in Isaiah 43:25 & 26 "I, I am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake, and I will not remember your sins. Put me in remembrance; let us argue together; set forth your case, that you may be proved right.’ I now ask for Your forgiveness, that the blood of Jesus cleanse us from all defilement today and that You clothe me with new garments of salvation and new robes of righteousness, in Jesus name.
Lord, I also petition Heaven according to Your Word that says in 1 John 1:9 ‘If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.’ I now declare that my sins and those of my family are removed. I counter every accusation brought against me [and us] before the courts of heaven and now ask that any book of record of sins against me [and against my family] be opened and examined. I plead the blood of Jesus against every handwriting and ordinances that have been raised against me. Your Word says in Colossians 2:13-15 ‘You were spiritually dead because of your sins and because you were not free from the power of your sinful self. But God gave you new life together with Christ. He forgave all our sins. Because we broke God's laws, we owed a debt--a debt that listed all the rules we failed to follow. But God forgave us of that debt. He took it away and nailed it to the cross. He defeated the rulers and powers of the spiritual world. With the cross he won the victory over them and led them away, as defeated and powerless prisoners for the whole world to see.’ I declare my debts of sin [and those of my family members] are already settled by the blood of Jesus.
Because I have completely turned away from sin, I declare there is no more accusation to be brought against me. For Your Word declares in Romans 8:1&2, ‘There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.’ I also declare that the enemy has no legal right to afflict me whatsoever because I am washed and cleansed by the blood of Jesus. I now ask that every punishment issued upon my life from the kingdom of darkness be terminated and that Your angels arise and compel the enemy to leave my life, in Jesus name.
